UNITI Halal Centre (UHAC) successfully conducted the Food Safety System Internal Audit (FSS) Training with the dedicated team from MAS Awana Services Sdn Bhd, involving 30 participants from various departments including management, operations, production, and quality assurance.
This 1-day competency-based training (7 hours) was designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to perform effective internal audits in accordance with HACCP & GMP standards for Food Safety.
