Mengenai Jawatan Ini

Kami sedang mencari seorang Eksekutif Perhubungan Pelanggan yang berdedikasi dan teliti untuk mengurus penyediaan proposal, komunikasi dengan pelanggan, data CRM, penyediaan dokumen HRDC, pengurusan sijil, serta susulan bayaran. Anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan kelancaran operasi latihan dan mengekalkan hubungan profesional dengan pelanggan UHAC.


Tanggungjawab Utama

  1. Menyediakan proposal, invois dan sebut harga untuk pelanggan.
  2. Berhubung dengan pelanggan melalui telefon, WhatsApp dan emel mengenai pengesahan latihan.
  3. Mengurus dan mengemaskini data pelanggan dan peserta (CRM).
  4. Memastikan semua dokumentasi HRDC lengkap dan sedia untuk diproses.
  5. Membuat susulan bayaran, memantau invois tertunggak, dan mengemaskini rekod kewangan.
  6. Mengurus proses penyediaan sijil, termasuk pengesahan, penyediaan, pencetakan dan pengeluaran.
  7. Memberikan khidmat pelanggan yang responsif dan profesional.
  8. Memastikan semua dokumen berkaitan tugas sentiasa dikemas kini.
  9. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan syarikat dari semasa ke semasa.

Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Ijazah dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pengurusan Pejabat, Khidmat Pelanggan atau bidang berkaitan.
  • 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam pentadbiran, khidmat pelanggan atau koordinasi latihan (pengalaman HRDC adalah satu kelebihan).
  • Graduan baharu dengan kemahiran komunikasi dan pentadbiran yang baik digalakkan memohon.
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, Google Workspace dan alat komunikasi digital.
  • Kemahiran asas Canva untuk penyediaan pembentangan ringkas dan bahan visual.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
  • Seorang yang teratur, teliti, bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari.

Customer Relations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Executive to manage proposals, client communication, CRM data, HRDC documentation readiness, certificate processing, and payment follow-ups. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth training operations and maintaining a professional relationship with UHAC clients.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare proposals, invoices, and quotations for clients.
  2. Liaise with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email regarding training confirmations.
  3. Manage and update customer and participant data (CRM).
  4. Ensure all HRDC documentation is complete and ready for further processing.
  5. Follow up on payments, monitor outstanding invoices, and update finance records.
  6. Handle the Certificate Management Process, including verification, preparation, printing, and issuance.
  7. Provide responsive and professional customer service to all clients.
  8. Ensure all job-related documents are updated regularly.
  9. Perform other company-related duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Customer Service, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or training coordination (HRDC experience is an advantage).
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
  • Basic Canva skills for simple presentations and visual preparation.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support marketing activities for Kolej UNITI (student intake) and UNITI Halal Centre (UHAC).

The role is mainly focused on digital ads, lead generation, simple website updates and basic SEO, with some content and event support for UHAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES – KOLEJ UNITI

  • Assist in planning, setting up and optimising paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) to generate student leads
  • Help monitor chatbot / WhatsApp automation flows for student enquiries and registration
  • Track and report campaign performance (CTR, CPC, leads, conversions) using simple dashboards
  • Manage and update lead databases in Google Sheets and/or CRM
  • Coordinate with admissions team on leads follow-up and campaign requirements
  • Support basic website content updates on WordPress (banners, program info, landing pages)

RESPONSIBILITIES – UHAC

  • Assist Marketing Strategist to execute UHAC marketing plans and campaigns
  • Help create and schedule social media content for UHAC (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Edit short videos/reels using CapCut Pro
  • Design simple visuals using Canva or Adobe / Affinity
  • Support on-ground activities for UHAC events, trainings and exhibitions when needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Communications / Multimedia / Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Proficient in:
  • – Canva (intermediate to advanced)– CapCut Pro (video editing)– Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or Affinity– Website editing using WordPress
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO (basic on-page SEO and content optimisation)
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and social media analytics
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in managing data using Google Sheets / CRM
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Possess own transport and valid driving licence
  • Able to work independently, detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple campaigns

We are looking for an Executive, Sales and Administration to support sales operations and administrative tasks for UNITI Halal Centre (UHAC).

The role focuses on managing client data, preparing sales documents, coordinating with customers, and supporting program and event administration related to training, edutourism, and Halal industry activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales documentation and administration, including the preparation of proposals, quotations, and invoices for clients.
  • Maintain and update customer and participant data using CRM systems or existing databases.
  • Communicate with clients and strategic partners via phone, email, or social media for program promotion and sales coordination.
  • Prepare regular sales reports (weekly/monthly) and assist in sales performance analysis.
  • Support event organization such as UHAC seminars, exhibitions, and edutourism programs (e.g., MIHAS, Indonesia Halal Expo).
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales effectiveness and customer service quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, administration, or customer service — experience in the training sector is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital platforms (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, CRM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
